By offering the text to the journal Historical Searches, the authors/co-authors confirm that their work is original and has not been previously published (except as an excerpt or as an integral part of a published lecture, etc.); that the Manuscript has not been offered to another journal for publication; and that the Manuscript is published with the consent of all co-authors (in the case of a co-authored work).
The author/co-authors confirm that the Manuscript is based on well-founded and legal claims, i.e. that it does not contain unfounded or illegal claims and that it does not violate the rights of others. If any part of the text is subject to copyright, the text must be accompanied by written permission from the copyright owner for use. The author confirms with responsibility that he has the authority to transfer the copyright to the Publisher.
